Will I receive updates if I buy a single product or GPLMall Membership plane? 

Whether you buy a single item or a Membership, we provide 365 days of updates for single product and membership plane base on duration you select, and we update our products as soon as the developers update their files.

Can I keep the plugins and themes after my subscription ends?

Of course. Under a GPL license, you are free to keep them if you want. Please be aware that you will need an active subscription with us if you want to access any future updates.

How long does a membership last?

Do you offer technical support for  WooCommerce extensions?

An item I downloaded is asking for a registration code. What to do?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Of course. You are never locked into anything. You can cancel your subscription by logging into the member’s area and visiting the subscriptions link. If you run into any problems, let us know, and we will be happy to help you cancel your subscription.

Can I get a refund?
