The WooCommerce Moneris extension allows you to accept credit card payments in both Canadian and US dollars on your WooCommerce store. An SSL certificate is required for PCI compliance since the Moneris checkout experience is processed directly on your site for an integrated checkout process. You can leverage Hosted Tokenization to improve checkout security and host the credit card form on Moneris’s server so this information is not passed through your web server.
WooCommerce Moneris accepts all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MC, Discover, Diner’s, JCB), and fully supports card verification for fraud monitoring with improved verification rules. Since version 2.0, it also supports Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and securely saving cards to reduce friction at checkout and therefore increase conversions.
